Drop off and Pick Up Times:
Drops offs are 1pm-5pm
Pick up is 9am-12pm
Please be aware that during peak times, early drop-off or late check-outs may result in an additional fee.

During Peak Periods we require a 3-night minimum stay and a $50 deposit at the time of booking. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your check-in date.

What to Bring

Your Dogs Food - Please provide your dog's food in a sealed container or measured out into plastic bags, using an appropriate measuring cup. If you do not supply your own dog food, your dog will be fed Purina Pro Plan - Chicken Adult (shredded version) at an additional cost of $2 per night.

Leash & Collar - If there was ever an emergency we would need every dog to have on a collar and leash for transporting.

Vaccination Documents from Vet - Rabies, Parvo, Bordetella, Distemper.

Suggestions

Toys: Please provide your pet with toys they love to keep them happy and occupied while in their kennel. Please note that toys may not always be returned in the same condition, so be prepared for some wear and tear.

Bedding: Your dog may feel more comfortable using their own bedding while adjusting to somewhere new. However, please be aware that bedding and blankets may not be returned in the same condition they were brought.

Treats: You are welcome to bring the treats your dog enjoys from home.

Allergies: Please inform us if your dog has any allergies. We provide a treat for each dog before lights out, and knowing about allergies helps ensure their safety and well-being.
Additionally, please be aware that we use our own stainless steel bowls and buckets, which are regularly cleaned in the dishwasher for your pet's health and hygiene.
